Charles Briggs
Charles specialises in personal business advice, giving one to one support to owner managers on topics such as:
- increasing profit through management controls
- building equity through franchising and other growth strategies
- managing people to add value to the business.
Charles has been at the leading edge of developing the fast food market in the UK, including building a large chain of independent Burger King franchises. He has worked extensively in both 'franchisor' and 'franchisee' management and has a deep working knowledge of Business Format Franchising.
Working at Director level, Charles has many years practical experience in general business management in multi unit and people intensive businesses. He provides non-executive support and mentoring, whilst using his experience of managing sustained business growth to advise his clients in a wide range of areas.
Charles is a member of the Institute of Business Consulting and is based in West Berkshire and South Oxfordshire
