Paul is based in South Wales and works as a consultant or non-executive director with companies:

• embarking on a major business change or transaction: e.g. starting up, raising finance, conducting an acquisition, planning an exit strategy or selling the business
• in the UK looking to trade with or enter the South African market
• in South Africa looking to trade with or enter the UK market

He has a well developed network to tap into to assist in funding businesses at all stages of their life cycle including: business angel networks, private investors, investment funds and financiers targeting the SME sector.

Paul has 19 years' experience in the business world, both as a consultant and as an owner-manager of his own business. Paul started, grew and sold his own business in the competitive Property and Casualty Insurance sector before joining CMC for his next challenge.

He has personally led 3 start-ups, has executive management and non-executive experience and has also obtained hands-on M&A management experience by taking his own company through a merger. Paul has a track record of management consulting excellence and delivery with SMEs.
