Phil Donoghue
A highly experienced general manager, Phil Donoghue has worked in a range of management positions for the past 20 years in business to business sales, national retail operations and corporate recovery.
Phil joined cmc following his retirement from 7 years as Equity Partner in a leading national corporate recovery and insolvency practice, where he held responsibility for both the development of the business and its infrastructure.
These years spent as owner manager of a small business give Phil extensive first hand experience of sales and marketing, financial control, business process, team building and change management within the SME and OMB sectors allied to comprehensive business restructuring and reorganisation skills.
He holds the Diploma in Management from Open University and is a Rugby Football Union qualified coach running an U15 age group squad at his local rugby club.
